Caribbean Premier League

The Hero Caribbean Premier League 2019 will take place 4th September to 12th October. The CPL and Cricket West Indies (CWI) have agreed to move the tournament from August 2019 to avoid a clash with the West Indies' Test, ODI and T20 International Series against India. Carli Bay Fish Fest

The Couva Point Lisas Chamber of Commerce and the Couva Tabaquite Talparo Regional Corporation launched the 2nd Annual Carli Bay Fish Fest on 14th May. The Fish Fest which is in commemoration of St. Peter's day, will be held on Saturday 29th June from 10:00am. JTUM On Labour Day

Labour Day is just days away and many Labour groups are in preparation for its celebrations. How would they describe the achievements of workers throughout the years? Also, what are the Trade Unions’ views or concerns with respect to labour issues that may arise as Venezuelans are now registered to work for up to one year in Trinidad and Tobago. On set is Idi Stuart - President of T&T Registered Nursing Association and Trevor Johnson - General Secretary Bankers Insurance & General Workers Union (BIGWU).

Citizen Security Programme

Citizen Security Programme and the Ministry of National Security are showcasing three documentary style movies. The documentary seeks to give a raw look into life in at-risk and underserved communities. It aims to build awareness on a number of crimes, violence and the consequences. It also intends to promote Education and behavior change. To put it into perspective, we are joined by Gregory Sloane-Seale - CSP Programme Coordinator, Onika James and Camika McLetchie.
