Two men have been charged in connection with a murder that happened, 10 days ago.

33-year-old Deon Gardiner and 24-year-old Jabari James are charged with the murder of 23-year-old, Omari Matthews.

The killing happened on November 14th, in Black Rock, Tobago.

Police say Matthews got into an altercation with two men known to him.

The two men then reportedly got into a car, and when the victim approached the car he was shot.

Matthews died at hospital.
