Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley calls on CARICOM heads to have a summit with a difference, to adopt a multi-sectoral response to crime and violence as a public health issue.

Dr. Rowley in addressing the 32nd Inter-sessional meeting of CARICOM heads of government pointed to the increased violence against women as countries are forced to lock down because of the COVID pandemic.
