President George Maxwell Richards in his acceptance speech thanked the government for making the event public he believes that the youth of today need to be educated on government affairs.

He says in today's society where crime is on the increase focus should be placed on the young generation so they can solve the problems that have been created.

He says when institutions fail to make requirements clear then the state has no job. He is urging the country's youth to save the country from becoming perilously close to being a failed state.
