To say President of the Public Services Association Watson Duke is upset with the prime minister's comments about public servants, would be a huge understatement.

One day after Dr. Rowley commented about decreased levels of performance in the public service...and knocked public servants who do absolutely nothing but make the most noise when pay is late, Duke says he is shocked and perturbed.
