A forty foot whale was found on the Toco beach. It was said to be there since before the weekend. No one knows what happened,what caused the whale to come ashore. when villagers saw it, it had already began to decay. Because of the size of the What it had to be taken out in parts.

This appears to be a Sperm whale, which are avid foragers that use intensive sounds to communicate. I presume the ocean's currents brought it in to Toco, but I'm not sure of it's cause of death.

He came in with the tide and when the tide went down he got stock between the rocks. And without being submerged in water totally for a while , brings death.

Sad indeed but let's hope it was a natural death.....what's also very sad is the use of the word "tale" instead of tail to discribe the third photo.....get it together Mr. Editor, the world's watchin'.
