On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, during the hours of 3-6 pm, Ariapita avenue is designated as being a no parking zone. Are police officers above the law in this respect? Are they allowed to add to the already frustrating traffic that drivers and passengers alike have to deal with? The pictures attached show a police car parked in front of Jacqueline's patisserie today (Monday 28th January) at approximately 4:30pm
