This is a video of flooding on Divali at Manning Street Diego Martin. This is what we have endured since November,2011. The volume of water coming off the West Winds Development where the drainage system has totally collapsed is now causing flooding onto the Diego Martin Main Road. We are desperately calling on the authorities to please visit the area and repair the West Winds drainage. The Councillor for the area Mr. Ricky Garcia has been very supportive. I guess we will have to rename Manning Street to Warner Street and West Winds to Central Winds in order to get some relief.
