I think the goverment should investigate all insurance company and they policy, when an insurer has a claim most of them gives you are run around and we the insured have no one to turn to there should be are mandatory date to settle claims.

That could only mean that the 'cesspit' is not functioning properly. I don't understand how the level of the cesspit and the local drainage could be the same level. Contact the health department to have this place shut down until repairs are done.
