 West Indies drew first blood against Zimbabwe winning the first One Day international by at the St George's national cricket stadium in Grenada.

And the stars of today's contest were 2 under 25 year old vikings.

Zimbabwe won the toss ... And after that it was downhill for the visitors.

Openers Johnson Charles and Kieran Powell set the tone with a 168 run opening partnership with Charles recording his second consecutive century 130 and Powell 79.

Darren Bravo then took control of the second half of the innings getting an unbeaten century ... His maiden one day century ... Getting to triple figures off the last ball of the innings.

In response Sunil Narine was too much for Zimbabwe ... He bowled 4 maidens and took 3-27 ... Zimbabwe 181-9 ... The West Indies winning by 156 runs.
