An ironic twist today as the Parliament building comes under attack within hours of the resumption of the enquiry into the 1990 attempted coup in which the parliament was plundered.
In this case, however, it appeared to be the pre-dawn work of a street dweller on a rampage that included damage to other downtown businesses.
Parliament officials say there is no real threat to the security of the highest court of the land.
