RIFLE FOUND

An assault rifle used by the United States Military was seized in Beetham Gardens.

 

Police also seized 18 rounds of five-point-five-six ammunition during, an early morning raid in the area.

Eighteen people were arrested, but none for possession of the high powered rifle.
