 The Finance Minister admits that the increase in the price of premium gasoline, has not created a major dent on the four-billion-dollar fuel subsidy.

In part one of a TV-Six special report on the issue as it relates to the local economy...the Minister reveals that he has   prepared a new business plan for the Cabinet, meant to truly dent the subsidy.
