UPSET.. BETRAYED... The Prisons Officers Association is tonight sending a strong warning to government they are not about to just sit by and accept that their counterparts in the police service have received a nine percent salary increase for the period 2008-2010.

Now there is talk that the major law enforcement agencies will go into the 2011-2013 negotiations with a united front.
