Campaigning for the TOP party, the Prime Minister is in Tobago today. She attended a church service in Plymouth where she was met with some protesters.  The Prime Minister, however, took some time to speak to reporters about several issues including the Constitution Amendment Bill which is scheduled to be debated in Parliament on Wednesday.
