Fashion management consultant, Christopher Nathan agrees that government should have spoken with stakeholders of the various creative sectors before initiating  moves toward the establishment of the Trinidad and Tobago Creative Industries Company.

But, as a veteran of the fashion industry... the Coco Velvet Chief Executive also thinks the time has come for... not just fashion... but all the creative arts that will fall under the umbrella of the T-T-C-I-C... to do things differently.
