MAX VISITS BEETHAMThe outgoing President- Professor George Maxwell Richards paid a visit to a preschool in Beetham Gardens today an area which doesn't normally receive a visit from the Head of State. The President has a connection with the preschool and its public relations officer says the visit sent the right signal about how Beetham should be treated by the rest of the national community.
