Former Prime Minister- Patrick Manning has finally responded to the Director of Public Prosecution's decision that there was no evidence of wrongdoing in the construction of a church in Guanapo.

Mr. Manning did not write a detailed response and instead referred to statements he previously made in the Parliament about the matter.
