Just days before his ten year term as President comes to an end... President Richards is at the losing end of a High Court ruling.

 A Judge today has ruled that HIS decision to revoke the appointment of Nizam Mohammed as Chairman of the Police Service Commission was illegal, null and void.

Mr. Mohammed says he feels vindicated by the judgement, but reappointment to the commission is not an option.
