The National Security Minister- Jack Warner says killers are holding the country to ransom and he can't allow that. Further he says...the murders are concentrated in one geographical area and that their homicidal ways are skewing the crime reputation of the country.

 

Speaking in Tobago, Mr. Warner put on a determined front warning that no one community is going to hold the country to ransom.
