Talks between this country and Columbia have been ongoing over the past couple weeks... regarding strategies to combat the illegal drug trade.

This was revealed by the National Security Minister -- Jack Warner -- while speaking with reporters at the launch of a police youth club in Edinburgh 500, Chaguanas.
