A Scottish newspaper which reported that Government is to pay a British military supplier one-point-three-eight billion dollars for the cancellation of the O-P-V contract... is reporting a completely different story today.

And, in the House of Representatives this afternoon... the Attorney General - Anand Ramlogan also revealed the name of the country now engaged in talks with Government... for the expansion of the Coast Guard.
