A major victory for CLICO Executive Flexible Premium Annuity policyholders today as, Justice- Joan Charles ruled that the present government must honour the promises of the former People's National Movement administration.

Pending an appeal, the State has been ordered to pay one-hundred-percent of the money owed to the policyholders, plus interest and legal costs.
