The report on the 1990 attempted coup goes to Parliament tomorrow and has already been scrutinised by the National Security Council. After first, being handed to the President- Anthony Carmona.


We're told that the report contains several confidential recommendations on national security, as well as AN examination of the circumstances leading up to the insurrection.


Commissioner, Sir David Simmons says the enquiry was not jeopardised by the non appearance of chief insurrectionist, Yasin Abu Bakr.


At his office, the President received the report of over 13,000 pages from the Chairman of the Commission of Enquiry, which began in January 2011.
