Spectators filled the bleachers at the Piccadilly Greens to see the Constabulary's Captain Baker defeated by the ex-slaves, ready to grab their freedom and celebrate Carnival, years after emancipation.
 
We time travel back to 1881 to enjoy the celebrations...
