10 persons were arrested by police in Tobago during carnival celebrations today .


However... the festival has been incident-free for the most part.


Police in Roxborough confirmed that two persons were held on outstanding warrants and one on enquires . In Scarborough... five persons were arrested... while in Crown Point... one person was held for wounding... and another for assault.
