An historic day for the people of Tobago as for the first time, the 9th THA inauguration installs a one-party assembly a mixture of new and familiar faces.


Even as the Tobago electorate chose an entirely PNM assembly, President George Maxwell Richards called for democracy not only in form, but in substance as well.
