The Labour Minister says the time has long come and gone, when salary negotiations shouldn't take so long that back-pay ends up being the result.

 

He spoke on the matter during the post-Cabinet news conference while responding to TV6 News on a question on the state of industrial relations in the country today.

The Minister spoke on other issues as well... including migrant workers from the Middle East.
