Former Prime Minister and Political Leader of the Peoples National Movement Patrick Manning gives the repealed section 34 the thumbs down.

 

Mr Manning ...who has been away from the Parliament since January after suffering a stroke...today made his position clear on the controversy concerning Section 34. He said he would never have voted for it.
